I’ve been thinking about increasing vertical jump for a while and how I can make this blog as helpful as possible for you all.
And I realized that the biggest thing I can advise you all on is to learn how to train vertical jump the right way.
There is a lot of bad information out there and it is very important that you teach yourself the right skills so that you can train your abilities to jump higher while keeping your knees healthy

You have got to avoid these mistakes when training your vertical jump.
It is very important that you find a blog like this or that person’s that will teach you how to jump higher without misleading you.
Always learn from experience and not someone who has thought about what you want to do.

This is what it takes folks.
It takes a lot of determination, a will to NEVER give up, and a lot of time.
If you stay dedicated it is inevitable that you will do well and increase your vertical jump learning how to dunk while you are at it.
I also have tried the Jump Manual and I think it is the best dunk training out there by far.
You don’t have to buy a jump program though…
They can be expensive but they do save a lot of trial and error time
You can build your own vertical jump workout without spending a dime people!
Just know that “not knowing” what to do shouldn’t be a barrier to you succeeding and learning how to jump higher.
